"Great tools, honestly a bit of a learning curve"
I’ve been using Boris FX it has a ton of effects and tracking features to work with. Everything I’ve tried works really well, but it does take some time to figure out where everything is and how to use it properly

"Tutorials were kinda hard to follow"
I tried using the tutorials, but they didn’t really help much. The docs felt kinda confusing and a bit outdated, so it was hard to figure out what I needed to do.

"Works fine with the editing apps I use"
I have been using Boris FX in both Premiere and Resolve, and I did not have to deal with any strange setup. It is really nice that it works across the main apps I switch between for editing...

"Keeps crashing on my laptop"
I really wanted this to work, but it’s been rough. The renders take forever. Like, I’ll start one, go make coffee, come back… still waiting. And then sometimes it just crashes out of nowhere. No warning, nothing. Just gone. It’s happened enough times on my laptop that I don’t really trust it anymore.

"Super easy to get activated"
I bought my Boris FX license the whole activation process was really easy. The instructions made sense, it showed up in the app quickly, and I didn’t run into any random errors or delays. Nice when something just works the way it’s supposed to. Smooth experience overall.

"Easy to use, but the waiting got annoying"
It was easy to get around and install overall. I did have to click around a bit to find some of the settings, which was a little frustrating, especially when I was already waiting longer than I expected. Still, once I found what I needed, it wasn’t hard to use.

"Good tools, but I’m torn on the price"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, the tools are solid like usual. They do the job well and feel reliable, so I can’t really complain about the quality. That said, the price is starting to make me hesitate a bit. I still think it’s worth it, but it’s definitely not the cheapest option out there

"I had to wait a little bit, but..."
I had to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t too bad. Support got back to me quick and helped me get things sorted out
